Where is my activity data hosted and how long is it kept?
All your activity data is hosted exclusively in France in datacenters certified SecNumCloud by ANSSI. They never leave French territory and are protected by the same security guarantees as the entire Wimi suite.
History retention is unlimited: you keep your entire activity log for as long as you use Wimi, which facilitates regulatory compliance audits and forensic investigations even several years after the fact.

Can I filter activities by user or workspace?
Absolutely. Wimi Activities offers advanced filters that allow you to precisely target the information you are looking for:
