UGAP and Wimi: the first barometer of collaborative uses

UGAP, the first public procurement center
In a context of structural and territorial changes, the public sphere is increasingly confronted with performance and teamwork challenges. In order to respond to them, public organizations are increasingly equipping themselves with digital tools that allow them to facilitate the work of their teams. The UGAP - Union of Public Purchasing Groups - is constantly monitoring the solutions offered by the market. This is why in 2015 she chose to reference Wimi in the public sphere and launched a partnership with Wimi in 2016 to create the first barometer of collaborative uses.
UGAP talks about Wimi
Several UGAP entities use Wimi themselves to promote collaboration in their projects and gain in efficiency. All our teams at Wimi are happy and proud of this double mark of trust that UGAP places in our services. Sébastien Taupiac, Deputy Director for Innovation at UGAP, gladly highlights the benefits that Wimi brings to his organization:
In a few years, UGAP has become the first generalist public purchasing center in France with an activity of nearly 3 billion euros in all sectors combined. This uninterrupted growth in recent years is based on the ability of the establishment's 1200 employees to interact with nearly 20,000 public entities and 600 companies.
The development of online promotion and ordering tools as well as the implementation of the dematerialization of procedures, orders and invoices have largely contributed to this success. But more than ever, the performance of the power plant is associated with taking into account the expectations of its customers and with a perfect knowledge of industrial assets. Wimi, a collaborative platform, deployed to date within the UGAP innovation center, thus constitutes one — UGAP MEDICAL (@UGAP_Medical) October 2, 2015
key ensuring efficient project management, data security and access and productivity gains.
Wimi is particularly distinguished by its ergonomics, his administration facilities, the Wimi Drive function ensuring a perfect sync offline and its communication tools such as chat and conference. Its easy connection to messaging tools also makes it easy to manage projects. In conclusion, a minimal investment for total satisfaction.

UGAP and Wimi launch the first barometer of collaborative uses in the public sphere
Wimi, our collaborative platform, is gladly adopted by numerous state services and local authorities. Based on this observation, UGAP and Wimi decided to create together the first barometer of collaborative uses in the public sphere. The aim is to better understand the challenges of teamwork and the ways in which public entities operate in order to better meet their needs. The UGAP - Wimi barometer of collaborative uses in the public sphere is currently being surveyed. Public bodies are invited to respond to it at www.ugap-wimi.fr before 8 April. The results and conclusions of the barometer will be communicated in the following weeks.
